Atticus and The ER

So after 2 weeks of Atticus not really eating anything other than maybe a bite of food a day yet whining he is hungry, and after a week and a half of him having a fever that would only break for 20-30 minutes tops, This afternoon was the last straw. He fell asleep somewhere in the 3 o'clock hour and woke at 4:45pm with a high fever and holding his ears and screaming bloody murder. So i took him into the ER. He doesnt have a ear infection yet. Dr says his ears are red which could be the start of infection or it could be pressure build up from his upper respitory infection. He said 10 to 1 he is probably having sinus headaches as well from the pressure he just cant articulate that it hurts. So they popped his ears while we were there and gave me a written script for Amoxicillin if it doesnt get better by monday he will start the treatment for Ear Infections. He hasnt cried since they popped his ears NOT once. so maybe that was it. So its basically wait and see type thing. I think I am going to go ahead and fill the Rx on Monday. So now we are home and I gave him a hot bath and some Motrin and Trimetic for his resp infection and he is laying comfortably on my bed watching spongebob. I also got him some pediasure, Dr said one a day for now since he isnt eating enough food. I told him it was chocolate milk.hehe Peace Love and all that Jazz ~Desiree

Well its just been one of those weeks. You know the ones that never seem to end. Ive been super busy with everything. Tomorrow ( well today since its past midnight) i have a Boudior Photoshoot with a new client. Im really looking forward to it. Even though i like to center my photography around children and families etc. This is something different that is good in moderation.

Olivia also takes her first Gymnastics class tomorrow afternoon. She was suppose to start last week but started not feeling well so i bumped it to this week! She is super excited to go. I hope she likes it. Im sure she will since she tumbles around the house all day long. She also finishes up her Speech Testing Friday. So Im looking forward to getting her on the path to correcting her problems.

I emailed Her Peditrician and asked for a Appt with the Regional Developemental Dr. He emailed me back to let me know that he put me on the waiting list. Apparently one Developemental Dr for this region isnt enough. get a clue Kiaser!! So she will be seen by them when her number comes up. I just want to completely check her out and make sure i am 100% in knowledge of what needs to be done for her!

I should get her kindergarten assignment soon. They said it will go out sometime in May! WOW time is really flying with her! In other news not related to Olivia..lol

Caylee had her braces taken off. John and I decided that she just wasnt mature enough to have them and we we re-evaluate next year. she kept playing with them and breaking her wires and loosing brackets. So this is what is best for her as of right now. Tuesday I take her and my mom to the airport. They leave for Disneyland for a week! Lucky girl.. It was my moms birthday present to her. so she has been waiting for this since January

Im about half way done writing my next chapter of "The House" but now im stuck at how i want to take it...lol Writers block 10 chapters in.. YAY me...lol

A few more spring photos

spring has sprung

Yep we are in full swing with spring. Time to start Dying eggs and preparing baskets for Easter! Only have one week left. Yesterday i took my kids to see the easter bunny and get their spring photos done at Picture People. after 3 hours we finally left Picture People with photos and a gift for my mom. The Easter bunny was kind of a bust. Olivia refused to go sit on her lap and Atticus screamed. Caylee smiled though...lol anyway here is some spring photos. This week we are going to have lots of fun! Tuesday we are finally getting out and going to a playdate with some friends and then Thursday Olivia starts her first day of Gymnastics Class!!!!!
